Charles is one of the hardest backs to evaluate for this list. Last season, he had 1,509 yards, but had three games in which he 20 carries combined and only 17 yards COMBINED! That means he had 1,492 yards in the other 13 games. That was not his fault; the blames goes to the coaching staff. Charles has the best average per carry for his career of any running back in history at 5.8 yards per carry. This all being said, there is a bit of uncertainty about his consistency, and how Charles will be used in a new offense. He doesn’t get many touchdowns, and hasn’t been used much in the passing game in the past. The talent is here to win a lot of weeks. If he is available late in the first round or early in the second. Grab him.
