Alright, I’m back! I had to take last week off due to illness and Josh filled in for me and did a fantastic job. Thanks Josh!

Now, Week 11 of the 2014 NFL season is here, and that means it is time to take a look at your fantasy football lineups. This is my Start ‘Em/Sit ‘Em article where I try to help you make some tough lineup decisions, whether that means starting a players that normally doesn’t start for your team, or benching a player that is normally in your starting lineup.

Here are Josh’s Start ‘Em/Sit ‘Em picks from LAST week. Just to clarify, some people in an earlier week’s article commented and told me that I was suggesting to start players that were on their bye week. This is obviously untrue. This first page of my article is simply going over my picks from last weeks article and analyzing how I did with my picks. To get to Week 11’s start/sit picks just go to the next slide of the article.

Last week’s Start ‘Em

Mark Ingram. 5. player. 15. . RB. New Orleans Saints

Mark Ingram was a good start again in Week 10, as he got a whopping 30 total touches and finished with 13 fantasy points in standard leagues. Ingram is becoming one of the most reliable options left at running back in a year that has seen almost all of its backs have issues. Keep starting Ingram until he proves that he doesn’t deserve it.

player. 30. . WR. New York Jets. Percy Harvin. 4

Josh had good intentions with his “start” advice with regards to Percy Harvin coming off his best game in arguably two seasons, but he went back to form in Week 10 in the Jets upset of the Steelers. He ended with just 5 fantasy points in standard leagues.

. TE. Buffalo Bills. Scott Chandler. 3. player. 16

Scott Chandler was a seemingly good option heading into Week 10 with some top TE options on bye or struggling, but he failed to prove so against the Chiefs. He got plenty of looks from Bills quarterback Kyle Orton, including some in the end zone, but he was unable to capitalize. He ended with only a single point.

Last week’s Sit ‘Em

RB. San Francisco 49ers. Frank Gore. 2. player. 42.

Frank Gore has been struggling in terms of fantasy production the last few weeks or so, so I understand the advice to sit Gore in Week 10. He finally got back on track though, and got into the end zone for only the second time in 2014. He finished with 14 fantasy points.

Mike Wallace. 1. player. 59. . WR. Miami Dolphins

Mike Wallace has been much better this season after struggling mightily in his 2013 campaign with Miami. After starting off the season very strong though, he has had consecutive weeks of only five total fantasy points. In Week 11 though, Wallace got back into the end zone and was looking like his days with the Steelers.

Overall, Josh did well filling in for yours truly. He got a few right and a few wrong, but he did very well trying to live up to my high standards (only joking). Without further adieu, here are Week 11’s Start/Sit picks for 2014.
