LOSER: ANDY REID

Andy Reid deserved a lot of props over the last few weeks. He was able to keep the Chiefs afloat while Patrick Mahomes was out and that was huge. This week, however, should remind all of us why the Eagles parted ways with him after proving he’s a good coach.

Reid cost the Chiefs in this game with dumb decisions. The play call he had on third and two was absolutely inexcusable. He opted to have Mahomes throw it rather than run the ball and while Mahomes was smart and didn’t throw an incomplete pass, it was a terrible play call and wasn’t the right moment to get cute. Play it safe and run the freaking ball.

Reid also made a boneheaded decision when he opted to call a timeout when the Titans went for two after scoring the touchdown late in the game. WHY ARE YOU CALLING A TIMEOUT THERE?

I like Andy Reid and am glad he’s the head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs, but it’s games like these where we’re reminded of why he’s still not in Philadelphia; For dumb, unforgivable mistakes like the ones he made in Nashville on Sunday.

Rant over. For now.

LOSER: JUST ABOUT EVERYONE HONESTLY

I wish I could be less negative, but after a loss like that, how can you be? There were dropped passes on every play it felt like, horrible penalties, and just an all around gross effort.

Tyreek Hill had a good game stats wise, but he dropped what, four passes? He also had a brutal penalty that took away a Travis Kelce touchdown, which proved to be pretty vital. The Chiefs lost by three points. You do the math there.

The defense had its moments, but in the end, couldn’t stop Ryan Tannehill who got traded by the FREAKING DOLPHINS! The run defense of old returned, letting Derrick Henry do whatever he wanted. It wasn’t a great effort by anyone, but the defense proved they’re not turning the corner like we thought they might be after three decent to solid games.
