GOOD: JUSTIN HOUSTON AND THE PASS RUSH

I’m giving Justin Houston most of the glory here ,but the pass rush as a whole did a phenomenal job on Sunday. Houston had a great day, notching six tackles (four solo), 1.5 sacks, and one quarterback hit on Jackson.

Houston’s partner in crime, Dee Ford, had a nice day. He recorded half a sack on Jackson and also compiled four total tackles (three solo) and a quarterback hit. Will Ford continue this production through the end of the season and get that coveted contract extension?

Houston gets most of the recognition here because of his late game fumble recovery. While the Chiefs didn’t do their part there in converting the field goal, Houston getting that ball back to his offense meant Baltimore didn’t get a chance to keep driving and try and win the game.

We’re finally starting to see Houston healthy on a regular basis and the results are awesome. Hopefully he continues to rock and roll as we near the home stretch.
