After back to back weeks of explosive performances, John Brown is a receiver you should be considering for depth. Over a two-game span, Brown has been targeted 14 times, bringing in seven, for 136 yards. It’s looking like a possible breakout season for the young wide receiver.

Given that quarterback Joe Flacco is feeling the pressure after the Ravens traded back into the first round to draft Lamar Jackson, the passing game should be much improved from a season ago. The thought going into the season was that Michael Crabtree would be the top receiver in the Baltimore offense, but instead, John Brown has been the free agent signing that looks to be the number one wide receiver for Flacco.

Brown has made big play after big play in his first two games with the Ravens. Baltimore fans are raving about Brown’s ability not only in the open field, but his incredible touchdown catches. I expect for Brown to have a big season if he stays healthy.
