Fantasy Football Top 10 D/ST

#8 New Orleans Saints

The Saints were one of those defenses you just didn’t draft. Along with convincing noobs to draft a kicker early, you would suggest the Saints defense as well. Then 2017 happened.

The Saints went from 30th in 2016 to finishing 10th in 2017. New Orleans has an exciting group of young players making waves. Marshon Lattimore, Marcus Williams, Marcus Davenport, Cameron Jordan, and Demario Davis make up a very strong defensive unit.

2017 ranking: 10th

The Saints should continue to build on the momentum we saw last season. They are a safe pick late if you still need a position player when defenses start to get picked.

Ted Ginn gets the return duties again, which should add a few points to the total.
