No. 8 Svi Mykhailiuk

Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk came to Lawrence as just a little pup. The youngest player ever to suit up for coach Self or the Big 12. He played in 136 games and started his final two years for the Jayhawks. Svi helped Kansas win four Big 12 Titles and two conference tournaments.

The Jayhawks advanced to three Elite Eights and one Final Four this past season with Svi. He was one of the most likable kids to ever walk through Allen Fieldhouse as fans grabbed on tight to the youngster.

Svi averaged 14.6 points per game his senior year as he set the single-season record with 115 three-pointers made.

He finished his career ranked 41st in scoring with 1,181 points. He also ranked 4th in three-pointers made and 5th in three-pointers attempted. He made the 2nd team All-Big 12 his senior season as he was the perfect wingman for the No. 2 player on this list.

Svi was another example of a kid who simply played a role when he arrived but left as one of the best shooters in KU history. He was simply a deep threat when arrived. He left a well rounded NBA Draft prospect.
