The Jets have been doing all of their damage by way of passing the football rather than running it. Bilal Powell hasn’t made a huge impact recently, failing to break off for a big run in the last three games.
This past week, Powell was held to just 33 yards off of 14 carries. Powell only has one touchdown on the year so far, so starting him against a Bills team that is really good at keeping foes out of the end zone probably isn’t the smartest move.
The Jets offense has been a nice surprise this season, but their run game has disappointed. Powell and Matt Forte are proving not to be the answers for New York and hopefully fantasy owners will keep both of them on their benches this week.
