The Ravens have been a disappointing group over the past few weeks, but they’ll travel to Oakland this weekend to play the Derek Carr-less Raiders. Carr had been struggling enough as it is, but he’s now injured and will miss time.
That sets up EJ Manuel to take snaps for the silver and black and that should put the Ravens defense in a good spot. While the Baltimore D was shredded in London against the Jaguars, they didn’t play awful against Pittsburgh.
Oakland has been unable to move the football very well in their last two games and the Ravens defense has the potential to make that three games in a row. A new quarterback plus a recently unretired running back who disappeared plus a struggling number one wideout? Yeah, start Baltimore’s defense this week.
The Ravens have got to bounce back at some point and it’ll come in the Black Hole this weekend.
