#3 Tyreek Hill Is A Legit Receiver
When the Kansas City Chiefs released Jeremy Maclin this summer, it created a very big question at wide receiver. The Chiefs don’t have any receiver on the roster who has put up over 600 yards in a season. The team has turned to Tyreek Hill to fill the role of top receiver, and so far it looks like that is a move that will pay off for them.
There was some talk this offseason, largely from Cian Fahey, about Tyreek Hill being just a gadget player for the Chiefs. That’s been largely proven false, and Hill has been out on the field showing off his incredible talent and ability.
Tyreek Hill showed off that ability early in the preseason opener when he hauled in a 32 yard strike from Alex Smith on the first play. Hill easily beat his defender off the line and ran a solid “go” route down the sideline. That’s certainly not a “gadget play”.
