Two players into the deep sleepers list, and both guys have been rookies. David Cobb has more upside than Jeremy Langford though in my opinion due to the team he’s playing for and the talent ahead of him on the depth chart.

David Cobb is a rookie who had some solid years with the Minnesota Gophers. While Shonn Greene currently has the starting job in Tennessee, Cobb has the ability to surpass him on the depth chart. If nothing else, Cobb could be yet another handcuff guy if you wind up drafting Green (who won’t be anything higher than a mid round pick honestly).

With a rookie quarterback in Tennessee, the passing game might be a bit of a mess early on and this is where drafting Cobb could work to your advantage. He’s seen success in the position during his college career, and is worth taking a chance on in the later rounds.

Cobb could come into play should one of your backs go down with an injury or you have someone on a bye week, but don’t expect him to be a starter right away.
