Start ‘Em
Kenny Stills had one heck of a week last week posting 162 yards and 1 TD on just 5 receptions. The Saints obviously love to use him as a big-play receiver. Drew Brees mainly targets him when hes 15+ yards from the line of scrimmage, which can make for a lot of up and down games.

This has been this way for most of the season, as Brees has many options to look for in the shorter passing game such as Jimmy Graham, Marques Colston, Pierre Thomas, and Brandin Cooks. But just a few weeks ago, Cooks was placed on IR with a season ending injury and it has opened up about 7-10 targets per game to go to other receivers such as Stills.
This is why Stills is now all of a sudden emerging as a good waiver-wire pick up and possible start this late in the season. Over the last three weeks, he has combined for 40 fantasy points, and has seen a slight rise in the amounts of targets he’s getting from Brees.
In Week 14, Stills and the Saints play the Carolina Panthers in their great dome, where the Saints normally play well. Also, the Panthers rank 25th in the NFL in fantasy points allowed to receivers, so Colston or Stills should have a pretty good game.
I see him getting into the endzone at least once this week, and he should see 6-9 targets deep down the field from Brees, so I would start him if you have a spot for him.
Consider him a great flex play this week and a decent #2 WR option for Week 14.
