KC Chiefs: Best Games to Attend in 2014, Part 2

Once again, the Chiefs will face division rival San Diego in the final week of the season. This year it will be in Kansas City and it’s unlikely that the team will be resting their starters for the playoffs.
Last year’s home game against the Chargers was a disaster, as the Chargers pulled off a late game victory and left Chiefs fans extremely upset. This year I imagine both teams will be vying for a wildcard playoff spot and it very well could come down to the final game of the season.
I went to a Chiefs/Chargers game in 2012 (the horrible season I try not to think about) and it wasn’t a bad environment. Not many Chargers fans in attendance, but the Chiefs got clobbered. As I stated earlier though, this Chiefs team is completely different. This should prove to be a good game.

Cold weather would likely drive me away from this game, but tickets are as cheap as $28. The Chargers will provide good competition and it’s always fun to watch Philip Rivers cry about something. That dude whines more than any guy I know (and a lot of women I know too).
If you don’t mind sitting in the cold, then this would be a great game to attend. If you’re more of a warm body, then I’d say stay home. Late December in Kansas City can be brutal weather wise.
