The Kansas City Chiefs will go on the road to take on the Indianapolis Colts this week.  Here are the five things to watch for the Chiefs.

The Kansas City Chiefs are coming off of back to back wins since their BYE week.  A quality road win against the Oakland Raiders and a solid home stand over the New Orleans Saints have fans confident.  The Chiefs are in the midst of a five game stretch against opponents that are .500 or below.  This week, KC takes on the Colts in a game they should win.

To call the Indianapolis Colts a bad team would not be fair.  There are talented players in Indy, including Andrew Luck who is among the best young quarterbacks in the league.  However, it is more than fair to say that the Colts are a terribly run franchise.  The coaching staff, front office, and even the ownership have all been complicit in the tragedy in Indy.

The Chiefs currently find themselves on the other end of the spectrum.  Despite missing arguably their two best players, KC is sitting at 4-2 with favorable match ups ahead.  I want you to pause right now and think back to last year…the Chiefs were 1-5 at this point.  This team is clearly moving in the right direction for now.

Just Keep Winning

That puts some added pressure on the Chiefs this week, even though this should be a victory.  However, don’t expect the Colts to just roll over and die for us.  There are still some keys to victory this week for the Chiefs.  Here are the five things Chiefs fans need to be watching for against the Indianapolis Colts…
