The KC Chiefs did the unthinkable against the San Diego Chargers. They were down 21-3 at halftime and came back to win the game in overtime. It was one hell of a game and showed this team has a lot of fight in them.

Wow. What a game.

Originally when I made the draft for this article, the opening paragraph was “The KC Chiefs looked awful in their first game of the season”. I also had planned to give everyone F’s and cry myself to sleep for the next week.

Instead, the Kansas City Chiefs, who were down 24-3 at one point, rallied to tie the game at 27 with less than two minutes left in regulation. They then marched down the field on their first possession of overtime to score a touchdown and win the game.

That was definitely one of the best games I’ve ever seen as a KC Chiefs fan. When it was 21-3 at half time, I thought Chiefs Twitter was going to implode.

Instead, this defense held the Chargers to three points in the second half and the offense did their share to put points on the board.

This report card is going to be interesting, as it’s hard to be angry at ANYONE after what we witnessed on Sunday.

Let’s get to it!
