Andrew Wiggins is having a monster summer league.
The former Kansas Jayhawk superstar was the number one overall pick to the Cleveland Cavaliers and he’s been showcasing why over the last few weeks in the NBA summer league.
His highlights have been amazing, and it’s raising hope for Cleveland fans as he’ll be paired up with LeBron James and Kyrie Irving, forming the NBA’s new big three.
First, Wiggins had one of the best plays of the summer with his 360 spin to split a double team and finish with the slam,
Then, he blocked arguably the better player in the draft class, Jabari Parker,
And capped it off with an absolute swat of Nerlens Noel, who is considered a top prospect at center for the Philadelphia 76’ers
The kid looks like he’s going to live up to the hype and if I’m a Cleveland Cavaliers fan, I’m counting down the days until we get to see this kid with Irving and LeBron. Wiggins is going to make a lot of Jayhawk fans proud.
