KC Chiefs: Predicting The 2014 Schedule, Part 2

Last week, I had posted part one of my schedule predictions for the KC Chiefs in 2014. As we all know by now, they’re playing the 7th toughest schedule in the NFL and THE toughest home schedule.
Let’s do a quick recap of part one, which you can read the entire thing with this link right here,
- Titans @ Chiefs – Chiefs win at home, 24-13
- Chiefs @ Broncos – First loss of the season, 31-21
- Chiefs @ Dolphins – Chiefs get back on track, 24-21
- Patriots @ Chiefs – Chiefs take this one on MNF, 31-28
So I have the Chiefs at 3-1 headed into the second “quarter” of the season. I broke the schedule up into four segments, or four quarters if were speaking like Todd Haley, so we’ll continue now to weeks 5-8. Here’s what the schedule looks like,
- Week 5: at San Francisco 49ers (Oct. 5, 3:25 p.m.)
- Week 6: Bye
- Week 7: at San Diego Chargers (Oct. 19, 3:05 p.m., CBS)
- Week 8: St. Louis Rams (Oct. 27, 12 p.m., Fox)
Sheesh, so as you can see, this schedule never gets any easier. So, with all of this said, lets get to it. Week five has the Chiefs traveling out to the bay area to take on the San Francisco 49’ers.
