The All star game is coming up in 2 weeks.  The official announcements for who has and hasn’t made it will come on Sunday, July 6; but considering no one from the Kansas City Royals is in the top 5 at their position, it seems safe to say there won’t be a Royal starting the game.

There are 3 Kansas City guys that could definitely make a case to be starters plus another guy that would be a worthy backup.

While it is unlikely that American League All-Star manager John Farrell will select more than two Royals, there are at least 4 candidates worthy of consideration.
