Kansas City Chiefs Full 2014 Regular Season Schedule Released


The Kansas City Chiefs 2014 regular season schedule has been released by the NFL this evening and from the looks of it, the Chiefs will have their work cut out for them, but we already knew that.

The Chiefs have going for them is their strength of schedule at home. Kansas City will have the toughest home schedule in 2014 (.570). That number is based on their opponents cumulative winning percentage from 2013. Not only do they host the normal foes in Denver, Oakland, and San Diego, but also Seattle, New England, New York Jets, Tennessee and St. Louis.

Here’s the complete regular season schedule for the 2014 season,

Week 1: Tennessee Titans (Sept. 7, 12 p.m., CBS)
Week 2: at Denver Broncos (Sept. 14, 3:25 p.m., CBS)
Week 3: at Miami Dolphins (Sept. 21, 3:25 p.m., CBS)
Week 4: New England Patriots (Sept. 29, 7:30 p.m., ESPN) – MNF
Week 5: at San Francisco 49ers (Oct. 5, 3:25 p.m.)
Week 6: Bye
Week 7: at San Diego Chargers (Oct. 19, 3:05 p.m., CBS)
Week 8: St. Louis Rams (Oct. 27, 12 p.m., Fox)
Week 9: New York Jets (Nov. 2, 12 p.m., CBS)

    Yeah I hate to be a negative Nancy, but I don’t see the playoffs in the cards this season. 8-8, hopefully 9-7 if we’re lucky. I hope I’m wrong though!
