Chiefs will retain LB Frank Zombo. He's agreed to terms, per a source.

Zombo played in all 16 games last year for the Chiefs, recording just 2.0 sacks. He stepped up and played well when he had to start the last four games for Justin Houston, who suffered from a gruesome elbow injury. Zombo was also a key contributor on special teams which is why it makes sense for the Chiefs to want to keep him.
John Dorsey had him for three years in Green Bay before deciding to bring him to Kansas City last year. He is the perfect role player and great depth, something that all good teams need. Details on his contract have not yet been released, but I’m sure he didn’t break the bank.
What do you guys think about the Chiefs bringing back Zombo? Personally, I think it’s a great move. Look for more news to break across the league as we move closer to the start of free agency, and, the start of the new NFL season. I don’t know about you, but I feel like a kid on Christmas this time of year. Let’s hope to hear more great news out of the Chiefs.
