Robinson may not be the biggest name in the draft as far as wide receivers go, but he would do wonders for the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs are looking for a solid number two receiver to line up opposite Dwayne Bowe and maybe Robinson could be that guy. He’s currently ranked (according to CBSSports.com) as the seventh best wide receiver in the draft and is projected to go either late first round or early second round.
While Robinson isn’t considered to be a first round pick by many draft experts, he more than likely won’t slide past the second round. The Chiefs don’t have a second round pick this year so if they want Robinson on their team, they’ll have to draft him with the 23rd overall pick or try and trade for a second round pick.
CBSSports.com says that Robinson,
“Does a nice job working back to the ball and finding soft spots in zones. Works well in traffic and tight areas to fight for the ball and win jump-ball situations. Uses his hands to fight through the jam and create room to work. Tough and won’t shy from contact. Large catching radius with a good vertical to attack the ball. Willing blocker in run support.”
