Kansas City Chiefs 2014 Strength of Schedule

The NFL’s strength of schedules have been released, and the Kansas City Chiefs have the 7th most difficult schedule in the league, behind Oakland,  Denver, St. Louis, San Diego, San Francisco, and Seattle.

With this being an opportunity for KC to show the rest of the country that we are a legitimate contender, we do have a little bit if help from this schedule. When talking about our more difficult opponents, most of them come to Arrowhead to play us; Denver once, San Diego once, New England, and Seattle. The one big challenge on the road for the Chiefs this coming season is traveling to San Fran to face the 49ers.

I predict that the Chiefs will once again finish the season at 11-5. Which should be good enough to get into the playoffs for the second straight season.

This is the toughest schedule we’ve had in 5+ years, and it will prove to be a challenge. Hopefully, we can get some keys players to fill the holes in our team. Chiefs fans, what are your predictions for the 2014 Kansas City Chiefs?
