Alex Smith Threw An Interception with His Forearm [GIF]


Well this is impressive. Alex Smith threw an interception at the beginning of the third quarter, but it was unlike any other interception you’ve ever seen.

The interception was his first of the game and his seventh of the season. This was also the first interception of his career thrown with his forearm.

Seriously, this is impressive. It may be the most impressive pass ever thrown by a Chiefs quarterback.

Indianapolis turned the interception into a 51-yard Donald Brown touchdown run to give the Colts a 20-7 lead. Andrew Luck has over 200 yards passing in just over a half of play, but has yet to throw a touchdown or interception with his forearm. Gif courtesy of this tweet by Jeff Passan:
