For most fantasy football leagues, week 15 is the semi finals round of the playoffs. Owners cannot afford to take many chances with injured players because playing a nicked up guy who is a late minute scratch.

Nothing is more frustrating for fantasy football owners than trying to guess if their injured players will suit up on game day or not. How often does it happen that owners bench a player who isn’t supposed to play and he has a huge fantasy day?

Or, when owners take a chance on a player who is a little nicked up but appears to be playing, and is scratched at the last moment?

These sort of things happen every single week in the in NFL, and choosing wrong can be costly to your fantasy team. Always keep an ear out for any news on any players you have listed as anything other than out. There is a chance all other players may play.

In most fantasy leagues, this is the first week of the playoffs, so owners must be even more diligent in making sure their starting line ups are healthy.
