Tremendous news for Chiefs fans, not so great news for Terrelle Pryor: Justin Houston is active for the Chiefs today. Houston’s status had been in doubt after undergoing the NFL’s concussion protocol after a neck injury against the Titans. He has cleared all the stages and will be good to go today.

The news isn’t quite so good for Brandon Flowers who will miss his second game of the season with a knee injury. Flowers tweaked his knee this week during practice. It is not the same knee that kept him out for the Giants game. Rookie Marcus Cooper will take his spot in the starting lineup.

Anthony Fasano is the only other injury related inactive. He has not played since week two.
