Nothing is more frustrating for fantasy football owners than trying to guess if their injured players will suit up on game day or not. How often does it happen that owners bench a player who isn’t supposed to play and he has a huge fantasy day? Or, when owners take a chance on a player who is a little nicked up but appears to be playing, and is scratched at the last moment?

These sort of things happen every single week in the in NFL, and choosing wrong can be costly to your fantasy team. Some guys, like Jake Locker, who is out his week with a hip injury, probably weren’t going to get a fantasy start anyway. Others, have to be monitored closely to see if they will play.
