Jamaal Charles was back at practice with the Chiefs after sitting out yesterday with a sore quad. To the twitters…

Obvious statement: This is good news.

There never seemed to be any concern on either Charles or Andy Reid’s part that Charles wouldn’t be available for Sunday, but it is still nerve wracking when he doesn’t practice. Kansas City’s offensive unit isn’t exactly a juggernaut, and the Chiefs cannot afford to lose their best player on that side of the ball. It is good to hear he is back and ready to go.
