KC Headlines: Royals Win Third Straight, Andy Reid Sub, Sporting With Huge Win

ABOUT LAST NIGHT…

Royals 6, Twins 1

Three games, three different teams, three wins. It probably isn’t the first time in baseball history a team has a three-game winning streak while play three separate teams, but it can’t be a frequent occurrence either. Someone needs to get on this to figure out if the Royals have ever done this before.

SPORTING KANSAS CITY won a huge game against a Honduras team last night to earn their second win in the group stage of the CONCACAF Champions League. The two road wins give Sporing an excellent chance to advance to the quarterfinals.
