The Kansas City Chiefs were busy yesterday re-signing Dwayne Bowe and Dustin Colquittto longterm deals and placing the franchise tag on Branden Albert. Most agree with the moves.
Sam Mellinger says Bowe has matured.
It does not appear Albert is close to signing a long term deal with Kansas City.
The moves now mean the No. 1 overall pick is wide open. The Chiefs could still go Luke Joeckel but with Albert in the fold then don’t have to go that direction.
CBS Sports attempts to come up with a list of teams who may want to trade with the Chiefs for the No. 1 pick. The Dolphins seem the most interesting to me.
